Chernobyl..!!

HBO's latest miniseries Chernobyl released in May 2019.it takes us as close as possible to one of the worst Chernobyl nuclear disasters occurred on 26th APRIL, 1986 It isn't without any reason series became the highest-rated show on IMDb having a rating of 9.4/10. The harrowing retelling of the events leading up to and following the immediate aftermath of the disaster will leave you questioning the system we are all a part of. I was wondering if it's genuinely that up to the mark or not but after watching it I have felt that it's not just a regalement television program or informative documentary. it is the representation of the human spirit and the description of the darkness that lies within us.

This small part of the roof called "Masha" is the world's most dangerous place ever built by human exposing 12000 roentgen (double then Hiroshima bomb) every hour. It is said that if a human with fully modern radiation protection gear, stand there for 3 minutes he will die within a month and without protection, he will die within 90th second.

I had never realized before, that we are really a wink from the destruction of humanity.it doesn't seem practical and possible that humanity can ever be extinguished, but after learning the facts about power we have and how carelessly we are using it, it'll take a button press to destroy all humanity.we are currently operating 450 power plants in 30 different countries.

These power plants are working in check and high safety measures a bit like Chernobyl but disaster can happen anytime. Still, these numbers aren't frightening enough but what about the other sources that aren't under control.there are 70,300 active nuclear weapons available in the world able to act anytime and objective of its origin is the destruction.

Mikhail Gorbachev stated that Chernobyl disaster was the reason for soviet unions collapse and dissolution in 1991. All this chaos occurred because of three persons' greed over money and power.they were reckless and stupid who caused the death of thousands of peoples, and that is the human tendency. We do not deserve power which we cannot handle. Our ego, selfishness, greed, hunger for power will kill us all one day just like Chernobyl. There was a possibility of the death of over 60 million people among the continent because of the foolish act. Of a person who wanted a promotion and power. That is just one of the 450 reactors and 70300 weapons that we made to destroy ourselves. Now the idea of “humanity will survive forever” is wiped out of my mind, and now I believe that we are living in the edge of the destruction.
